So far, 2008 is looking like McCain and Giuliani. Major factions of the party won't like that a bit, so who else will come forward to appease the base. I hope people here aren't counting on Frist.
My (very early) bet is that the conservative wing will rally around Governor Bill Owens of Colorado.
