Baltimore is the one place I normally ever go where I would truly like to be carrying a pistol and I know people who do that despite the legal risks. The most messed up people I've ever seen in DC or NY still looked like they came from this planet; a lot of the people I see in Baltimore don't.

Put the power of life and death in the hands of somebody with no more basic IQ than a chicken, and a certain number of folks get killed, simple as that.

Of course, the one thing anybody could do which would straighten a place like Baltimore out the fastest would be to eliminate the dem party.
