Poor form old boy. Ya don"t score points by claiming you posses the mystical power to divine the truth of a word. Kerry is wrong trying to remove the emotional impact of the Sept. 11 attacks by using a monosyllable word. We are talking about the actual use of a word in communication, not the sterile literal dictionary meaning.

I live in NJ, very close to where the towers stood. I understand the 'emotional impact' of the attacks very well. Calling it a raid, to me at least, in no way takes away from the emotional impact of the actual events of that day.
