And they'll leave us alone until the next time they decide we aren't doing what they want, and they begin it all again, requiring us to back down yet again. The pathway of appeasement leads only to appeasement, the only victory is resounding success against them.

Whoahh! I'm late in reading the transcript, but yesterday when I heard "Manhattan" quoted, it seemed extremely odd. Who uses the term "Manhattan" in reference to 911? I know it's technically correct, but the normal name for the attacks is 911, spoken as "nine eleven". Did Osama choose his words as intentionally as he did the timing of his appearance? What does he really mean when he says "Manhattan"?

Actually, I think the MSM screwed up here, because that language is basically Osama saying, "Dump the cowboy and we'll leave you alone," and how can it be good for Kerry to get a tacit endorsement from a guy he claims he's going to go kill?
And if it's true, and I were President, I'd bomb (or sic Green Berets and SEALs on) every Al-Jazeera office outside Qatar. If the tape is old, what Al-Jazeera did is an act of war.

Wow, we have Michael Moore's screenwriter, OBL. But why would OBL make "threats" against Bush's family? Michael Moore has assured us that Bush helped OBL's family get out of the country after 9/11.
You have that right. This IS the pre-election terror attack, meaning Bush has done a great job preventing attacks and keeping them in disarray. Unfortunately, for the weak minded, the lack of attacks is proof we do not need to fight the war on terror.
