Once the dust settles, I'd like to hear some analysis of the timing of the "Amman the American" tape just ahead of the UBL tape. Why? Contrary to popular MSM opinion, I thought UBL looked sickly, and certainly not tan. Also, the tape was unlike many previous tapes. No AK-47, virtually no animation, not much Islamo-Fascist rhetoric other that the perfunctory crap. The minority of the MSM actually admitted that the UBL message showed weakness, like our efforts really had an effect on the entire Islamo-Fascist movement.

I heard an analyst on TV say, that Bin Laden is trying to "transition from a terrorist to a statesman", to increase perception of his "legitimacy" as a leader of the world.
