"there unfortunately exists a disproportionately high number of blacks (mostly men) that are disenfranchised and thus ineligible to vote due to felony convictions and they have not as yet had their civil rights restored."

Ha. Felons who are "disenfranchised"? Not yet had their "civil rights restored"? LOL. Who is this idiot?

Oh you, who knows nothing about the differing laws from state to state: Had you done some homework which I did and you clearly did not, you would have learned that in Iowa or Florida, convicted felons are barred from voting (disenfranchised) for life UNLESS their civil rights are restored.

In Wisconsin on the other hand, they are eligible to resume voting ONCE their sentences are complete, to include any probation or parole. In Utah, those idiots not only allow felons to vote, they bring the voting machines to the prisons so they can cast their ballots!

Next time, do your home work before applying the idiot tag to someone other than yourself!
