Being against the death penalty is a legitimate point of view; as much as being against abortion. In fact, they seem to compliment each other which is odd that liberals are so pro abortion and anti death penalty and Republicans are pro death penalty and anti abortion. It seems to me that they are nearly one in the same. That said there are many SOBs I'd like to see suffer by the most cruel and unusual methods..... but then that wouldn't be consistent with what I believe on the other end.... there needs to be some type of rectification

"It seems to me that they are nearly one in the same."You believe killing an innocent unborn child is "one in the same" with executing a murderer?

The Liberal stance of Anti-Death Penalty and Pro-Abortion is NOT the same as the Concervative stance of Pro-Death Penalty and Anti-Abortion. The difference is in the innocence or guilt of the individual being put to death. The Liberals seek to protect the guilty and kill the innocent...Concervatives seek to kill the guilty and protect the innocent.
