Cronkite is almost always high on the lists that are compiled of the "most trusted Americans". I wonder how many Americans will want to take him off that list after this comment. I really do wonder. The average intelligence of the American citizen is so much lower than it used to be. Some of them might think Cronkite may be onto something!
