I don't think this Osama tape hurts Kerry as much as it helps Bush (if that makes any sense). Hearing Osama basically "dare" America to re-elect Bush is powerful stuff.
Personally, I believe the "dare" is likely to scare off millions!
But all of them were already voting for Kerry, anyway...
