Bin Laden obviously wants Kerry elected because of his personal attacks on Bush. That helps Bush.
Kerry had the election in hand two weeks ago, jumped on the explosives thing, and made Iraq and terror "the" issues and that means a Bush victory.
Clinton went on Primetime Live, mentioned Kerry once, cuz he wanted to suck the air out of the election and hurt Kerry. Clinton could've waitied a week.
Tape helps Bush. It puts all the focus on Bin Laden and it becomes an election of issues not men.

The toe comments have gotten really old. Like him or not he helped get Clinton elected twice. Now he is on our side and says a lot of good things about Bush. Why shoot the messenger?

What do you want to bet that Kerry's comment will be that tired old charge about how "Bush" let UBL escape Tora Bora by "outsourcing" our military effort in Afghanistan.
Kerry: We had him cornered at Tora Bora and diverted our troops to Iraq... blah, blah, blah... left the job to Afghan warlords who only a week earlier... blah, blah, blah... a mistake of grave proportion... blah, blah, blah... had the mission been appropriately handled by the Commander in Chief the job would have been finished... blah, blah, blah... and America would not be facing these new threats... blah, blah, blah...

Yes,no doubt, as it is common knowledge that OBL is chained to a lazy boy in the basement of the White House, eating Doritos and watching Oprah.
Perfect! Let's hope that is exactly what he has to say. We'll hear that or something like it soon from his own lips.
You know what Kerry is going to say. We took our eyes off Bin Laden while we went to Iraq.

Occassionally he offers good insight, but he changes his stances with the breeze.
Maybe Kerry will completely lose it and charge that UBL is on the Bush White House payroll, with money laundered through Halliburton. I think it is increasingly possible that Kerry will have a mental breakdown before Monday.
Kerry will point out that this just proves Iraq was wrong and that had Bush focused on bin Laden he would be gone by now. Bush dropped the ball, he took his eye of the goal. Just one more mistake that he won't admit too. Its time to change. Kerry would never have made these mistakes. He and the international community would have caught bin Laden and he would be serving a life sentence in France right now.
