The THREAT of violence is one thing. Pulling it off is quite another. We are not as vulnerable now as we were 3 years ago. The waterways are probably the easiest targets, ferries, ships with cargo, cruise ships. I hope they find ways to protect those soon.
They don't have everything perfected just yet. However, everyone from the deckhands to the management are on the lookout for anything unusual or suspicous.
