Ebert is backpeddling a bit from his past glowing admiration of Moore and his films. He must have been feeling some heat. Now he tries to take a more middle of the road approach, but it comes across as a lie. He still can't get past his illogical hatred of Bush and his illogical love of Moore.
My mistake... I just realized this was not Ebert but one of his editors, Emerson. So I take it Ebert still kneels before Moore.
