If the Kerry campaign tries to spin this in any way, they're going to get bit bad. Having said that, I think it's true of the Bush campaign, too.

Bush doesn't have to spin it. He just needs to play to the awareness of the American voters of his war on terror, that he's eliminated many al-Qaeda members, and that we have to continue to fight them there or fight them here.
