Quite a predicament for the terrorists. Most W supporters in swing states don't live in the cities. To kill lots of Americans, they'd have to focus on Philadelphia, Cleveland, or a large city in Southern Florida. But doing so would only result in the elimination of mostly Kerry supporters.
Ok here is a scenario (tin foil of course). Bin Laden wants Bush relected to give him a 'good' excuse to nuke a US city. He would still do it if Kerri won , but this way he can say US citizens deserved it for voting in W and would have the simpathy of the Arab world. Sounds logical.
Before Kerry tries to spin this Osama story remember:

Remember all this when Kerry and the DU spin this story into a Al Qaida and Osama want Bush to win, because he's a great recruiting tool for them.
