Actually, NavyChief has been working on this for awhile, and asked for help from members of the SwiftVet forum to help put pressure on congressmen (Frist and Zell Miller), because he can't get MSM to go with it.
Just get it onto the Internet. We'll apply the pressure to MSM. They will not be allowed to ignore it.
