No way. He doesn't have the testicular fortitude to come out with that. He's too "civil" like the other wimpy repubs in the senate.

That's a really good guess. Look for an article in the NY Sun by Tom Lipscomb. Possible tonight, or at least I hope so. Story is the editors have yet to fully vet the article. Developing.
