That is correct. Local Radio station in my area actually reports still to this day that Bush is a draft dodger and Kerry is a war hero. This station is PRO BUSH.

It is unbelievable, as Hannity and others have said, that a person such as Kerry could:
1. be the nominee of a major party to begin with
2. be in the running -- claimed to be neck and neck with a REAL President . . .
By all rights, he should have been laughed off stage when he pulled that "reporting for duty" trick at the Dim convention. He should have the credibility of Bugs Bunny for President. That it has come to this . . .

Other Than Honorable (OTH) - most benefits, but still looks bad on any employment application (board action usually - cannot be adjudged by a court-martial) Usually reserved for Chapter 10 discharge requests (discharges in lieu of a court-martial)
Bad Conduct Discharge (BCD) - very few benefits (and then only depending on exactly the offense you're being punished for) A bad conduct special court-martial has a maximum sentence of forfeiture of two-thirds pay per month for 12 months (pay only, not allowances such as the marriage allowance, etc), reduction to E-1, confinement for 12 months, and a bad conduct discharge.
Dishonorable Discharge (DD) - the most serious discharge, usually reserved for the most heinous offenses. No benefits. A general court-martial may adjudge any forfeiture up to and including forfeiture of all pay and allowances, reduction to E-1, confinement up to the period listed in the Manual for Courts-Martial for that offense, and a dishonorable discharge.
I have been a court reporter for the Department of the Army for 27 years (17 years uniform, 10 years civil service) and I see this sort of stuff every day. If anyone has any specific questions, I will be more than happy to answer them.
We all hope this is true. Of course, there will be the comments about “dirty politics” because it comes at the last minute. And that means we will have to live through more Democrats screaming out of the TV. It will be “memogate” all over again, from their viewpoint. Ugh! Just when I hoped it might end.
Someone on here mentioned that “…until an officer admits he signed Kerrry’s discharge and knows for sure ….” That will probably never happen. I just bet Kerry has a list of people like Clinton did. Those who “knew something” but are no longer around to tell.
My big concern ;) is that just before any document can be seen to prove this, Soros will have bought a zillion bottles of Ketchup from T-rex and they’ll have it all covered up with Heinz sauce.
