They aren't searching people, they're searching commercial enterprises. The law regarding interstate commerce is long and well documented.....and is....as a result of due process.

No, you invoked his (oh yes it is very much his) twisted, contorted living Constitution version of the ICC. You know, the same version that released the federal government from the limitations of Article I, Section 8 and gave them a blank check to do whatever they damned well please, thus turning the design of the Republic on its head.

I see. If the American people want to earn a living, they have to check their rights at the door. I think not.

I am well aware of the long and sordid history of constitutional violations in the name of the ICC. Doesn't change the fact that they are unconstitutional one bit.

... by activist judges who think they can amend the Constitution with a court ruling.
