Wait a minute...I saw that interview yesterday and I did NOT hear him say anything inappropriate. Aren't his remarks being taken out of context?

Yes Rudy's remarks are taken out of context.

Kerry blames Bush for not securing the weapons.

Rudy says, "Hey...was Bush in Iraq standing guard of these explosives? NO the military was."

Rudy pointing out the truth...Kerry LYING ...he really means the military screwed up..but it's George Bush's military and ultimately Bush who is at fault...

Normal people know exactly what Kerry is doing here.

I did not see the interview, but yes, his comments are being reported in that vein, as if he was placing the blame on the troops on location.
