I was in a bar eating lunch watching the press conference start to finish.
They didn't have sound turned on...but had subtitles turned on....so I "read" the whole thing.
Major Pearson is the man.
It was this man's job to see that ordinance & explosives were secured to protect military & civilians...
And Kerry/Edwards were in effect saying that somebody (who turns out to be this man) didn't do their (his .. Maj. Pearson) job.
The 101st Airborne secured the facility...took out the guys guarding the bunkers....and then sent out a call to come haul the stuff out of the bunkers... & the good Major & his trucks & trailers hauled it away to the disposal area.
Hopefully this is the last time any national candidate ever casts the military in a bad light.

$$$$$
Just think about this:
President Bush dropped the flag to start the march on Baghdad on March 19, 2003.
Before April 18, 2003, Major Pearson was in the neighborhood of Al Qaqa with at least nine 40ft tractor trailers, and an additional nine tandem trailers and drivers and crews to manage same.
And the willfully stupid reporters at the Pentagon briefing are totally unimpressed by this mind-boggling feat of military competence.
I always knew that the leftist media disliked the US military, but I am sorry to have witnessed such a blatant display of their contempt at today's briefing.
