Didn't Fox quote an earlier UN report that said the number wasn't 360,000 tons but closer to the 200,000 tons amount?

Off by a factor of 1000.

They said the Iraqi gov't (Saddam) had reported 300 tons and the 2004 Iraqi report said 300 tons but two IAEA reports before the war listed 180 tons and 3 tons respectively.

That could very well be. I was using the numbers folks were using on this thread. Way too much confusion over where, when, how, how much, who...

I trust Gertz so I do believe that the Russians took out the stuff that implicated them (or might find its way to Chechens for use against Russians) and that they would have no interest in taking away any more than that.

Bottom line is that Kerry jumped the gun on unknown and probably fraudulent facts and apparently did so in a coordinated effort with UN, Baradei, NYT and CBS...
