I am not sure if this is a true story, but why would it surprise anyone that these scumbags would pick on children. These are the same people who kidnap and behead innocent contractors who are trying to rebuild their country. The same animals who kidnap and threaten to behead an innocent woman who has dedicated 20 years to the betterment of the people of Iraq.
