This lie is being promoted by the Libertarian Party and the L.A. Times (and now you), who have an obvious political agenda to destroy Bush. Shaw is not being investigated by the FBI, rather Shaw is the man who uncovered and disclosed Chalabi's fraud and is DOD's point man in working with the FBI to prosecute this case.
