Russia talking the weapons right out of Saddam's hands before the US arrives, with full knowledge of the Pentigon.

Just think how many US lives that _might_ have saved.

IMHO, 380 tons of RDX and HMX would have just about eliminated the ME vehicle fleet used at a few pounds to the car bomb. (760,000 pounds goes a long way).

The question is, what did the Russians do with it?
