“I embarked on the tour because I was worried that the dramatic deterioration in Iraq did not produce the decisive lead for John Kerry I had confidently expected,”

No a whole lot of ways to interpret that statement.

Maybe my tinfoil hat's too tight, but this sounds like he could have been pouring money to fund the insurgents.....the decisive lead he confidently expected?????? What a loathsome statement!

I caught the "did not produce" part too. Is Soros money backing the increased terrorist activity in Iraq?

“I embarked on the tour because I was worried that the dramatic deterioration in Iraq did not produce the decisive lead for John Kerry I had confidently expected,” Soros conceded.

You beat me to it but it is worth repeating - here is the evidence that Soros wants Iraq to be a disaster!!! He needs to get him a monk.

I truly believe George Soros is satan.

Who else would want to destroy this country from
within like this man? Satan's candidate isn't
looking too good is he.

It must be just amazing to George Soros that despite
his millions that he has spent..and all the people
he has bought off...and cooperation from the media
and hollywood, etc., he still can defile America
the way he ways too.

I know that many of you will get off the election
work after President Bush is re elected next week,
but I have decided to stay with this fight to expose
the bastards like Soros and the lies of the big media.

Maybe the few of us that will continue fighting will
get more light after all these millions in media blather
have calmed down.

That statement also makes one wonder if Soros wasn't bankrolling the opposition in Iraq. It sounds like he is saying his investment didn't pay off.
