Time for the FCC to yank the license of ABC. If they think that they are SO IMPORTANT that THEY can decide better than the CIA what is important to the safety of this country's citizens, it's time for them to be OFF THE AIR! I can't believe this is happening and we haven't heard one word from our HOMELAND SECURITY Department. Something is wrong here!! Time for Ridge to go on National TV and clear things up. Either we're being threatened with an attack, or ABC is lying...which is it?
ABC does not have an FCC license. The radio and TV stations owned and operated by ABC -- "O-and-O's" they are called and they are few in number -- could be stripped of their licenses.
RKO Broadcasting lost its licenses 30 years ago because they illegally slipped some money into Nixon's reelection committee. For ABC, the minimum would be loss of licenses.
What I'm talking about is a federal crime under existing national security laws. I'm talking about people doing hard time.
