Ok, so the roads were clogged with Military traffic in the days between the fall of Baghdad and the "discovery" of the missing materials, so a convoy of 38 trucks is out.

There were reports that the place was "swarming" with looters when one of the 101st Airborne units arrived there. So just how large of a "swarm" would you need to carry the stuff off by hand? Let's see... 380 tons times 2,000 lbs per ton equals 760,000 lbs of explosives.

Alright, great. Now, let's be generous and say that a "looter" could carry off 100 lbs of explosives. How many looters are required to clean out Al Qa Qaa? That's easy. 760,000 lbs divided by 100 lbs per looter equals 7,600 looters! Musta looked like a bunch of army ants at a picnic!
