Bush-Cheney '04 Launches New Television Advertisement, "No Limit"
George W. Bush ^ | October 28, 2004

Posted on 10/28/2004 1:02:09 PM PDT by RWR8189

ARLINGTON, VA -- Today, Bush-Cheney '04 announced the release of the campaign's newest television advertisement, "No Limit."  Kerry will say anything for political gain, and is now claiming he'll always support our military despite voting against $87 billion to supply our troops with body armor and bullets.  He even proposed slashing our intelligence budget after the first World Trade Center attack.

Script For "No Limit"

Voice Over:
Just when you thought there was a limit on what John Kerry would say, now he claims he’ll always support our military.
The same Kerry who voted against 87 billion for our troops in combat in the War on Terror.
Against body armor, bullets and supplies.
The same Kerry who after the first attack on the World Trade Center proposed slashing America’s intelligence budget.
Apparently there really is nothing John Kerry won’t say.

President Bush:
I’m George W. Bush and I approve this message.

Should say:

"The same John Kerry who criticizes their performance early on in the Iraq conflict regarding explosions that were apparently removed before we made it there"

Man, I love the McCain-Feingold legislation ... we've gotten some real cool last minute ads from the 527s.

Uh, we've made plenty of explosions of our own since then, but the explosives are still unaccounted for.

"...he claims he’ll always support our military." Good Lord! He didn't in 1971 and has not ever since he was elected to office. He has just in the last several days impugned the military and their Commander in Chief, that they have failed in protecting a cache of explosives - that the United Nations did not do their job of tagging or explain the importance of the find - Kerry has insulted our Coalition; Kerry says it is more honorable for an American soldier to give his life under the United Nations flag than the American flag. Kerry is just plain unbelievable - he is NUTS!

There is nothing new in this ad. It is therefore a waste of money. People won't watch these things if they are the same ol stuff repeated endlessly.

This one isn't from a 527. It's from the BC04 campaign and ends with: "I'm George W. Bush and I approved this message."

It is implying one thing.

It starts off saying "Kerry claims he supports our troops"

but reel off a bunch of things that say otherwise so it is saying, in so many words:

"John Kerry DOESNT support our troops"...too bad they dont just out and say it.

I agree. The Bush Ads should say, "John Kerry calls President Bush unfit as a Commander In Chief. He says that when our troops let 400 tons of high explosives fall in the hands of the terrorists, it proves he is unfit. The problem is our troops were not in Irag when the explosives were taken. Now just who is guilty of a rush to judgement before the facts are in? That's John Kerry, who did it during the War of Viet Nam and he does it now to defame our President and our men and women who are dying so that other men can be free."
