The rogue twit says he will cast the vote for Cheney instead which will take one electoral vote away from Bush. Don't ask me how that works - my head is about to explode as it is.

The 'twit' won't. I've already emailed the GOP headquarters about my concern. Supposedly, Ritchie Robb said that he will vote for Cheney or someone, but not Kerry. They are also checking their legal options (according to the response I received... I'd post the response but it's on my home computer email.)
