A US airline attendant is fighting for her job after she was suspended over postings on her blog, or online diary. Queen of the Sky, otherwise known as Ellen Simonetti, evolved into an anonymous semi-fictional account of life in the sky.
But after she posted pictures of herself in uniform, Delta Airlines suspended her indefinitely without pay.
Ms Simonetti was told her suspension was a result of "inappropriate" images. Delta Airlines declined to comment

Okay, I'll chime in first. Good for Delta.
I read this a few days ago on an aviation forum which provided a link to her site. After perusing I agree with Delta's position. If she'd of kept it to her personal life and in civilian clothes and left her uniform/employer out of it she would have been fine. But frankly I didn't find it a flattering reflection of the thousands of professionals that work at Delta. She's just an immature twit looking for publicity. She got what she asked for.
I googld her. She is a KERRY SUPPORTER and one of the breainless who believe GWB will restart the draft.

Queen of Sky is a little flustered right now. She was at a Democratic fundraiser last night until 11pm (and btw, the Democrats know how to GET DOWN and BOOGIE!!!) and then her phone started ringing this morning at quarter to 7."Therefore this is obviously someone else's fault and will need to be remedied through government intervention. I predict that in about 5-6 six days they'll be gnashing of teeth as she bemoans Bush and his war against worn out sauced up bints like her.

Using the uniform was a baaaaaad move. She's out the door, and there's nothing she can do about it. The airline was, no doubt, just looking for a reason. And she gave it to them.
Proof (if you needed it) that bloggers are not necessarily smarter than the rest of us.

We already have "Talk Like a Pirate Day" - we also need a "Talk Like a Dime Novel Detective Day". I'll get on the blower to my mouthpiece and we'll hash it out.
Now that is a serious infringement of her personal rights. That would be like one of us getting fired because a coworker happened to see what some of us post on Free Republic. If that happened, a lot of us would be unemployed. I suspect that this was a matter if her having embarassed someone by something she wrote, even if she didn't use real names. Posting her picture was a dumb move, but she shouldn't be fired for it.

Sounds like the Delta "Queen" will soon be working at Dairy Queen.
Too bad they don't know the first thing about responsibility or running a country. I don't know about y'all, but I don't ask myself, when pondering who I will vote for, if they are any good at getting down and boogeying....although the president looks pretty good to me. Stupid RAT.
