Paris, France, Oct. 27 (UPI) -- French officials and politicians are worrying about the pending outcome of next week's U.S. presidential elections, which they fear President George W. Bush could win, prolonging the standoff with France over Iraq and the Middle East crisis.
French fear is almost universal as the latest official polls show that 85 percent of the French support Democratic candidate Sen. John Kerry.
Politicians are raising questions as to how France should react after Nov. 2 if Bush wins a second mandate. Will France need to change its policies vis-à-vis Arab causes, notably Iraq and the Palestinian-Israeli conflict?
Pierre Moscovici, a former minister of European affairs, stressed that France "has a key interest in changing the current U.S. administration which has failed tremendously."

---Reason enough to vote for Bush, (as if I needed another reason)...
Analysis: Sky is Blue
for your information - fyi
kerry is the wrong candidate in the wrong election in the
wrong country.
It is the duty of all Americans to piss off france whenever possible.
W04!!!
Ah, the poor Froggies can't get back to business as usual--the second thing they are best at--deceit and corruption. Cowardice being their first best vice.
Did you need a news story to make this post?
"France dreading Bush re-election"
Ok, I dread France's continued existence. So there, now we are even.
Bush should announce on November 3rd that the U.S. has no objection to an Islamic fundamentalist theocratic state being created in France and that we will not interfere with any attempts to establish such a government there.
This is only slightly interesting and that is because of the recent report of the Russian special forces being involved in the removal of the Iraqi explosives and WMD. I think that if there is evidence that this is true that the administration has known it since before the war and has kept the information quiet in an effort to avoid WWIII. If they knew this about Russia, what are they holding back about the French? Any guesses?
Ooh, what's france going to do if Bush is re-elected -- threaten to keep on hating us?
We'll be in for a real bad taunting.
How should France react?
Well, first, they need to decide exactly who they want to surrender to. The US? The entire Middle East? Pitcairn Island? Their range of options is staggering. No wonder they're so upset.
This story is worth a read, if for no other reason than to learn the depths of the French insanity on this issue.
This is an interesting quote:
"He noted, however, that an administration under Kerry would probably include people who worked with former U.S. President Bill Clinton "and these are reliable figures who respect multilateral work and do not scorn their allies and know Europe and France very well."
Hopeing for Kerry becasue it might include some Clinton cronies.... !??!
First, they have to understand Kerry would have to run screaming away from Clinton implants if he wanted a second term because they would sacrafice him to the alter of god Hillary.
Second, AND THIS IS IMPORTANT... It made me think...What if it wasn't only the French and Russians and Germans on the Take for UN Oil for Food program...? What if Clinton was in on it too? That would be one reason to want Clinton Cronies back with Kerry, because they would SHUT DOWN THE INVESTIGATION into the Oil for Food Scam...
Ok,,, maybe I'm getting ahead of myself here... Just thinking out loud.
Good one--I like that! If they French ever start loving us, we will have taken a turn for the worse.
what are you talking about?
