Oh yeah!
I'd love to see a few LONG sentences in a Texas prison handed out to fraudulent votors. Sets a great example.

will someone tell me the brilliance behind 'early voting' again?
We give the democrats weeks to vote again and again instead of just one day?
I swear, republicans have an idiotic tendency to shoot themselves in the foot in the name of 'being nice'.

"Voting twice is a felony punishable by up to 10 years in prison, Sistrunk said."
I wonder how many people find this a worthwhile risk?
Maybe Ashcroft could do a little media event, concerning federal laws covering voter fraud. He is, after all, the sitting Chief Law Enforcement official.

Voting twice is a felony punishable by up to 10 years in prison, Sistrunk said. Bet a lot of democrats don't realize that

Idiots. Texas isn't exactly a swing state... Did they really think a few people voting a few extra times would be enough to give the state to Kerry?

A half-dozen Galveston County voters could face criminal charges
That says it all for me. COULD/MAY face charges? It's a felony! Put these bastards away! They are STEALING the votes of all the rest of us who are LEGAL voters, not felons, not yet DEAD, and only voting ONCE!

Absolutely, lock em' up and throw away the key. Peggy Noonan voter fraud should be a class 1 felony instead of a class 5 felony.

GALVESTON - A half-dozen Galveston County voters could face criminal charges if a grand jury decides they intended to cast more than one early election ballot and commit voter fraud, officials saidPing. . .

TREASON. Peggy Noonan said it best---Democracy is very fragile, you can't mess with it like this.

I am a Republican Pct. Judge here in Galveston County and this is the first I have seen or heard about this. I fear that Rats may be trying to disenfranchise some of our Republicans. Rat's don't get Rat's!

Actually, I've been a long time advocate of the death penalty for voter fraud.
While it seems that the majority of people (and, of course, the MSM) see voter fraud as something you acknowledge with a "wink and a nod," it's really an attack at our entire way of governing ourselves. It poisons the political process, and it alienates good people from becoming involved in the process.
Oh well. Hopefully, they will get the full 10 year sentence. But I doubt it.

"Motor Voter" was the downfall of the voter registration process. There was not failsafe method established to check on each registration. Simply show up for driver's license
and you were given a voter registration card. Because one has a driver's license does not, in any way, prove that they are a citizen of the United States nor does it prove residencey in a state for any particular amount of time.
Motor Voter was pushed by the Demmy's just like the 18 YO vote,
with the only purpose being to get more Dem's on the registration rolls. I can't believe the Repub's went along with this very bad idea!

Time for jail for these six. No party affiliation listed, so I'd bet they have a (D) on their card.
