He NEVER shows up for anything:votes, meetings, briefings.
However, you may be right that he might have known some of this and was speaking out. I wouldn't put it past him to do this, don't the swift vets claim he was stripped of his security clearance because of his meetings with the VC.
That man should NOT have access to any national secrets.
