These slats could be easily removed to remove the materials inside the bunkers without breaking the seals, the inspectors noted. Might as well have been a back door!

These slats could be easily removed to remove the materialsI heard a radio callin from a guy that worked with IAEA stuff... He said it would be pretty easy to bribe inspectors for IAEA seals. Not all inspections were open - they would just check to see if the seals were present.
