Do ya think that perhaps President Bush was a little premature in reporting what he saw when he looked into Putin's soul?

Bush has a gift of thinking the best about people until he is proven wrong. Of course the compliment cost him nothing.

What's that old saying "Keep you friends close, but your enemies closer". Maybe that's why Bush made such "nice" remarks about old Putin. He couldn't do that with Chirac because Chirac probably make him break out in hives!!!!
