There was a report earlier (yesterday) that the IAEA said that a fraction of the 380 ( I think it was 30-40 tons) was missing earlier and the Saddam people explained it by saying that it was being used for legitimate mining and quarrying activity.
Maybe Martha was talking about that. Which makes me wonder how good the "seals" were on those bunkers.

Rove wouldn't have to get to ABC, Kerry or the NYT. He only has to get to Elbardi (sp?) the UN inspector dude. The rest just happens.
