If the explosives were under seal and not to be touched or moved, and the IAEA went back in March and found only 3 tons, THEN WHY DIDN'T THEY RAISE HOLY HELL IN MARCH 2003 AT THE U.N. AND ON THE WORLD STAGE THAT SADDAM WAS PLAYING GAMES WITH PROSCRIBED WEAPONS??????
