So it looks like the IAEA checked
while Saddam was removing the materials and did nothing. It was the responsibility of the United Nations to destroy the explosives, and as usual, the UN
failed.
Now remember that John Kerry is running on a platform of giving this incompetent organization even
more "responsibility".

It looks like the UN failed the first Kerry global test, along with CBS, and New York Times.

I don't believe the UN failed. I believe they were in on them being moved.

EXACTLY!!! This is the UN Kerry wanted to run the operation in Iraq! They were letting Saddam take these oh-so-dangerous explosives (even the media agree they were components of WMDs) to places unknown right under their noses. They sealed these explosives because of their dangerousness but when Saddam started moving them they didn't even know where he was taking them and never did anything to stop him. This is the UN John Kerry wants to make into the arbiter of the United States' safety from terrorists. If he wins, thousands of Americans will die when the UN fails to do their job, not just thousands of Bosnians, Zairians, Rwandans, Timorese, Haitians . . . .
