Common Sense (which the Dimorats do not have) would tell you that it took considerable manpower and machinery to move this much material.
Common Sense would also tell you that Sadam would have been the one move the material.
Why because he wanted it to wage a guerrilla war against the coalition.
Why did Sadam hide the explosives? Because the French were advising his military. Every one know the French are great at hiding during combat.
