Our military is now investigating a number of possible scenarios, including that the explosives may have been moved before our troops even arrived at the site.

I've got a possible scenario for you. Maybe the IAEA inspectors who tagged the site were bribed to say the explosives were there, when they actually had been transfered elsewhere years before. Everyone is taking the UN's word that the explosives were there when they say they were. I don't trust the word of the UN as far as I could throw that ugly ass headquarters they infest in NYC.
