After over 4 years of Bashing Bush in the European media, the "journalists" themselves do not even remember that it is THEY that have caused the majority of Europeans to have such a dismal view of George Bush and the United States.

It is BEYOND thier comprehension that ANYONE could vote for Bush simply because they have deluded themselves for so long. They honestly BELIEVE what they have been reporting for over 4 years now (Bush is an Idiot, Bush is anti-[fill in favourite socialist program], blah, blah, blah).

The average person on the street is positively dumbfounded!!

MEMO TO THE WORLD: WE SUPPORT BUSH BECAUSE HE IS FOR THE USA FIRST. WE DON'T PICK YOUR LEADERS AND YOU DON'T PICK OURS. WE DON'T LIKE PEOPLE WHO CHANGE THEIR POSITIONS BASED ON THE GROUP THEY ARE WITH FROM DAY TO DAY.

I fail to see why an international powerhouse like the E.U is so concerned about our actions after all Chirac has made them an equal counterweight.

European media are sending correspondents all over the United States in an effort to delve into the American psyche.

A little late for this. For this campaign to be truly effective, they needed to start it sooner. Like right before the Revolutionary War.

Having lived in Europe for the last 8 years of my life, (Jesus bring me back home soon,) I can testify that America is the country Western Europeans love to hate. They are jealous of just about everything and revel in America bashing. However, when pressed to explain their disdain they all quote the MSM blah; Facts are irrelevant, Bush is Bad, Michael Moore is a speaker of Truth, etc. BTW, Although the story has already been discredited by other news agencies, the big news in Switzerland this morning are the missing weapons. Do you think they will report this information as being incorrect? Nope.

Thank God for FR.

On the reverse side, I sometimes, briefly, wonder what in the Euro-scum psyche causes them to elect people like Chirac and Schroeder. But at the same time, I really don't give a rat's behind.

Excellent point! You would think they would look at the oil for food program, Hoe Chirac skimmed millions into his pocket, and think , "why did we elect such scumm?"

They're really slow learners.

We like small government.

They like big government.

The New York Times now owns all of the International Herald Tribune and is the only voice you hear when traveling in Europe...unless you can score an International Wall Street Journal.

The Trib. occasionally ran a half-way balanced article when the Washington Post owned half. Now it's completely screwed and is just another outlet for Jill Abramson and Frank Rich to bash Bush and Republicans.

They've gotten so obsessed with their position of telling us how to vote, that they're calling for Bush's assassination.

That's interesting.

The other day two airport shops had their TVs turned to Fox News.

Of course, the masses were being fed CNN at the gates.

Someone distract the French and throw some soap at them or tell them Chirac is a Jew. That should keep them sniveling and huddled in a corner for a few more days.

What a lot of Socialist pansies.

Basically what all the far-left Euros are saying is why doesn't half of the country want to support a fellow fascist-appeasing leftist like themselves. I can only stand open-mouthed with astonishment at their ignorance. We like Bush BECAUSE HE'S NOT A ISLAMO-FASCIST-APPEASING LEFTIST LIKE YOU MORONS!!! There, is that clear enough for you dolts? We like a president who actually tries to kill people who will do us harm rather than counting on the less than worthless U. N. to beg terrorists not to harm us. Jeezus, the stupidity of some people.

The year is 1984. Jack Lang, the French Minister of Culture, has just made Jerry Lewis Commandeur des Arts et des Lettres.

I am a french and I am for Bush. We are 10 % in France for him, inspite of all french newpapers and TV say nasty on him. Bush is the only man in the world who can do something against terrorism, and he will do it.
