Lord God, our nation is at a point of dire peril. We are about to make a crucial, and very likely irreversible, determination of our destiny, and even our continued existence is in question. And there is a very strong possibility – I would say probability - that we will decide unwisely.

Our immediate concern is obviously how the election breaks. But the truth is that winning this election is not the most important issue before us. For even if that battle is won, if this people does not have a massive change of heart we will eventually lose the war.

What is necessary here is not simply right voting, but revival. America is in dire need of a pouring out of Your Spirit into our hearts and lives. We need the restoration of the family, also with its attendant healthy definition of sexuality. We need a rededication by our churches to purity of worship and unfeigned love of the brethren.

We need a calming of our civic discourse. We need a breaking of the power of untruthful conduits of public information, media sources that have violated their precious public trust. We need the centralized humanist indoctrination of our young people, and its punitive underlying tax structure, to be ended. We need a return of our universities to the open and honest quest for truth and righteousness.

In short, we need a great movement of mercy, forgiveness, healing and restoration at all horizontal levels - individuals, groups and institutions.

And the source of all this, Father, is the restoration of our relationship with You. By the preaching of Your Word, by lives modeling Christlikeness, through the prevening action of Your Spirit, we need the opening of hearts to truth and the beauty of holiness.

Unless we have this, dear Lord, no election results can save us. Unless we have this, we are doomed as a nation: the spirit is gone, the body is dead; it is just a matter of time before it goes cold and stiff.

But with Your help, Lord, we can do all things. We can rebuild our foundations. The hearts of the fathers – and the mothers - and the children can be turned back to each other. The curse can be reversed. With You, all things are possible.

But judgment begins in the house of the Lord. How many who bear Your name will not vote next week? Dare I ask how many will give their vote to an ungodly candidate?

How many innocent ones are dispossessed by family and friends, and wander alone in this world? How many have even given up trying to find mercy and acceptance within a legalistic or apostate church?

Forgive us, Lord, for we are sinful. We are mere men, completely reliant upon You for virtue and strength. Visit Your called-out ones, so that we may again be salt and light to the world.

Be kind to us, Lord, and lead us and our nation in the way we should go, for Your glory's sake, that Truth should not perish from the earth.

Dear Lord,

Thank You for the Truth. Lord, we see such a close election. Lord this division is going to ruin our life as we have known. I ask that You intervine in this election and let the race be swung open wide in President Bush's favor. You have said, "Ask and you shall receive".

As Christian, believers in You, we are asking that this election be a big win for President Bush. I have seen the media, hollywood and the filth of the opposing side over the past several years, and I ask that we turn this Country back to You, for the sake of our children and grandchildren. Lord, we ask You bind the enemy and destory his intent to divide and devour our country. Lord, I ask that You open eyes, ears and hearts to know the man of God in this election and that YOU change those minds even if it is in the voting booth, they will see You and see what is best for our world. This is a great time of fear, scare and terror. I ask You be with President Bush, his family and VP Cheney and their famalies. Protect them, energize them and give them Your Wisdom and Your voice. Lord, this is a time of make or break in our society. I know You already know the future, You know our fears on fraud, intimidation and then the national news using all of that to play on our minds.

Lord, I ask You just bring a complete calm to the middle East. I ask that You protect our military give them Your arms of strong building blocks. Do not let the enemy come against our country. We need a revival and we are on our knees in repentence. Lord we can not let hollywood take over the minds of our men, women and children. Lord, You are the Victor in everything we do and You have brought us to this point to Ask for Your Blessings, Your Calming Arms of Love and Compassion. Lord, as I worked the blocks yesterday, I saw hurting untrusting people. Lord, I ask that through my and others who belive like me in You, that they will learn to be strong, vote and becoem educated on the election and give them a Strong Desire to go Vote for President Bush. These t.v. ads are confusing, but help these who have not voted to see only the TRUTH. Lord, their is a party that wants to destoy our unborn, we know that is not of You. We ask for Your forgivness, We ask for Your love and Your compassion as we talk to people we do not know, People who are just so alarmed by the enemy and the scare tatics they use to scare people. Lord, I do Fear You, I do Honor You, I do Trust in You and most of all I love YOU.

I ask that the next few days will turn to where their is no question as to the out right winner of this election. I ask that be President Bush. In Your most Precious name I ask these things, and I pray. JFC
