When you're pinging yourself at 4 something in the morning, you might want to think about what you're pinging.

btw, take me off your ping list ... I don't need to be sold anymore on why kerry is a lying traitor who is desperate to bring communism to these shores..; I will be voting for Bush

I wonder what the KGB archives could have disclosed:
According to the documents in my treasure trove, the Kremlin created a special fund in 1969 to aid left-wing "workers’ organizations" as part of an effort to bring some order into the distribution of assistance to its Communist friends abroad. This fund began with a total annual budget of $16.5 million. Moscow was the largest donor-$14 million a year-but the fraternal East Europeans also chipped in; the Romanians, Hungarians, Czechs, and Poles each anted up $500,000, while Bulgaria donated $350,000 and the East Germans $200,000. As for the 34 beneficiaries in 1969, the largest share went to the Italian Communist party (PCI)-a hefty $3.7 million for the first six months of the year alone; the French Communist party was granted $2 million; and the American party, the CPUSA, a cool $1 million. At the short end of the stick were the Mozambique Liberation Front-only $10,000-and the chairman of the Sri Lankan Communist party, Comrade Vikremasithke, whose pittance of $6,000 nevertheless may have gone a long way in Colombo.

I wonder if Kerry-Kohn's trip to "Treblinka Square" was in order to sanitize these records?
