Did you have compassion for Hitler once he was dead?
How about Stalin?
Aborticiders are of the same filth...pray for'em while they're alive and when they die, let the dead bury the dead.
> You would have been wrong.
So it would seem. Along with, I imagine, that belief that had been pounded into me that judgement is reserved for God, not for online posters...
Again... oh, well.
Maybe I am wrong, but I was led to believe that joy over the death of others was an unChristian sort of thing...<<
Not joy. Relief.
As a Christian, I am joyful however, when EVIL is destroyed. God hates evildoers.
Yes. In fact there is a new procedure where the organ is removed, the tumor excised and the organ reattached. Then begins the radiation and chemo.
In some case people do die after the procedure but their life is lengthened by the procedure and their quality of life is maintained for an extended period of time.
Im sorry about this.....I hope it was painful!
I don't stand behind religion. I make my judgement based on the fact that this POS has made his living by actively killing innocents in a painful and gruesome way for 30 years. He's a legal Dr. Mengele - no more or less.
that belief that had been pounded into me that judgement is reserved for God<<<
Judgement is not reserved for God. Vengance is. Christians are warned to Judge not lest ye be judged {by the same rule), we are only to be careful how we judge, for the rules we apply may be applied to us as well.
How in the world could any human being perform more than ONE abortion, let alone do it for 31 years? The man had no soul.
Amen!!! Finally someone who understands scripture...
It's funny, you know, how some condemn Christians for judging, when judgement, along with proper discernment, is our best tool againts evil.
> Judgement is not reserved for God.
Perhaps I should have been more precise: judgement in the sense of damnation and whatnot. If such judgements were left to humans, Hell would be jam-packed, and Heaven empty.
Not to say that's not the way it is anyway...
> Did you have compassion for Hitler once he was dead?
Oddly enough, he was dead logn before I came on the scene.
But even so: I do not hold myself to be a member of a religion that preaches compassion. I am free to be an unfeeling bastard if that's what the situation calls for, and to take pleasure in the downfall of mine enemies. It's just... amusing to watch the compassionate sometimes.
He could have been a "practicing Catholic." John Kerry is.
Wow, you weren't kidding about he profectile/vomit/barf alert....Talk about shameless people.
I will never understand how a man who's had the privilege to deliver so many new lives could also have spent all those years aborting those innocent babies.
I especially gagged at all the high praise about what a wonderful professional doctor he was......ugh - and he apparently had nine kids himself!
May he be answering to God now for all the souls he killed.
I have compassion for the surviving family and pray that they get real before they pass...does that make you feel better that I have no compassion for this dead baby-butcher?
People worried about compassion for dead people seem to me to be the kind that wear a yellow ribbon for this, a red ribbon for that and a purple ribbon for something else.
Functionally/practically meaningless things people do and say because it makes them feel better or more important...
Just a small point because I know what you meant but he didn't kill any souls.
Nobody 'deserves' God's gift of salvation. God's word makes it very plain. However, I would not call this a sad day. God is VERY clear on what will happen to those who are not called to Him. The celebration that I feel is due to the fact that EVERYTHING transpires due to God's purpose and glory, and I thank God that He has taken away this baby killer. To God be the glory!
