Some believe his disloyal action is the key reason why he didn’t receive an honorable discharge from the Navy until President Jimmy Carter’s general amnesty of 1977. We should just come out and claim this all weekend long; "Kerry had a dishonorable discharge". The only way we would know is if he signed form 180 and none of the MSM is calling for him to do that.
