You couldn't be more right. The public takes whatever medicine the media gives it. Very little logic or critical thinking involved with little things like PRESIDENTIAL ELECTIONS.
CBS won't stop doing this until they are out of business or the first mushroom cloud blooms over Manhattan - whichever comes first.
Clinton was only elected because of Perot (twice); he never got more than 50% of the vote. For that matter, neither did Gore.
