Rush just said 380 tons; he was reading from a CBS web story that said 350 tons; then, he quoted from some other story that ramped the total up to 400 tons. Rush said, "note how the number is growing". LOL
So I don't think what you quoted - the 32 tons Iraq told the IAEA they would use for industrial purposes - means that the U.N. already knew what became of all of the explosives.
I think the U.N. already knew it wasn"t there, though, before we came in, because Rush says that CNN reported the U.N. inspected it after the were let in the final time and did not find anything at the site. That to me is a huge story in itself. They are pretending that WE were in charge when it disappeared.
