Over 340 tons of high explosives missing from Iraq, UN nuclear watchdog says
25 October - "In a letter to the Security Council, IAEA Director-General Mohamed ElBaradei says the Iraqi authorities informed the Agency on 10 October of the explosives lost last year "throughout the theft and looting of the governmental installations due to lack of security."

According to ElBaradei, the weapons were there in January and we let hundreds of tons of explosives go out right under our nose?
