I think this is the one you were looking for; I'm also including the narrative that provided the setup:
This is a picture of a nook in the Clinton's kitchen in Chappaqua, NY. Try and figure out what's wrong with it. It's not immediately apparent, but if you stare at it for a minute or so, it'll come to you. I had to get real close to the monitor and look closely before it finally came to me.
