"Couldn't of made a better decision."
Why is that? What have you noticed, if anything, since giving up coffee?
I've dropped coffee and made alot of dietary changes (cut out processed foods, eat less meat and eat foods with a high antioxidant content) over the last half year. I'm drinking strictly decaff green tea, plus black and white teas which are also high in antioxidants.
My sleeping patterns are vastly improved, my energy level is very high and my mental attitude is radically improved (better balance mood wise).
The change is remarkable actually.
